What is the install process for Pristine Pool Decks' Concrete Coatings?

No matter what floor surface you would like coated, we use a time-tested process and the best quality-products. Here's how it works:

1. We properly prepare the concrete substrate (flooring).

2. We install one of our two beautiful and equally durable systems to your floor, according to your needs & tastes (see pool decks page)

3. We clean our work area & answer any questions you might have.

How long does installation take for Pristine Pool Decks?

While some companies make lofty promises of 1-day install times, it is rarely achieved without problems. Pristine Pool Decks will provide you with a realistic timeline for your individual projects, right from the get-go. Note: most projects average 1-3 days.
While most garage installations are completed in 1 day, your individual needs may require assistance moving and storing your personal items prior to and after installation. This may involve an extra day to ensure careful treatment of your belongings.
Pool decks and driveways (or walkways), depending upon size and scope may take 2-3 days, as the installation process can be affected by adverse weather conditions if and when the product is exposed to the elements.
To ensure best product quality, we don't rush through the installation process when conditions are not ideal; we instead remain in communication with you about best practices.

What is the warranty for Pristine Pool Decks?

Our standard 10-year warranty applies to interior and/or covered spaces, including garage floor coatings and covered lanai/patios or sheds. Generally, a 5-year warranty is applied to exterior (uncovered) projects; however, this warranty varies and may be extended. Please ask us more.

Why choose Pristine Pool Deck Coatings over pavers?

Pavers pose a range of problems including lifting/displacement or heaving as well as continued growth of weeds and collection of debris/bacteria. In addition to this, pavers fade and stain easily, if not continually sealed, year-in, year-out (and they're very costly!) However, if you already have pavers installed, fear not. We can help to minimize problems by resealing your surfaces!

What can be coated and what can't be coated?

Any structurally-sound concrete surface can be coated. This includes residential, commercial and industrial applications, from high-end restaurant kitchens, showcase rooms, gymnasiums or stadiums to small man-sheds/she-sheds and pool sheds. Our most sought after service is residential pool deck coatings ,due to the fact that pools are so prevalent in our area. Pavers and Kool decks can be resurfaced as well. Colors and textures: what are my options?

Color and texture samples are provided during consultation visits so that you may become familiarized with the texture and color options, first-hand. Depending upon the application, you can preview color choices for the multicolored flake system here, or a huge variety of solid colors here. NOTE: mixing and matching colors is possible; please inquire and we are happy to help!
